On March 3, 2010, the Ontario Minister of Finance made available the new regulations governing Ontario automobile accidents.
The changes include major reductions to accident benefits available in noncatastrophic injury cases along with other significant changes.
Thomson, Rogers will be co-hosting full-day conferences on the new SABS that are to take effect on September 1, 2010.
